"As sweet as love and as tender as a kiss"

7x egg white (210 g)
3x fist of sugar
4x Dotts (80 g)
1x Faust flour

Mould, butter, add sugar and cranberries
Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius without fan

Beat the egg whites, add the sugar
Beat until compact and firm
Add the dots and flour (sieved)
Fold in lightly
Cut out dumplings (bake for approx. 5-7 minutes)
