"My grandma's crumble recipe."
Crumble
• 100 gr ground almonds
• 110 gr flour
• 100 gr white sugar
• 90 gr unsalted butter
• 2 gr ground cinnamon
Mix everything together and put aside.
Dough
• 250 gr margarine
• 200 gr sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 packets vanilla sugar
• 250 gr flour
• 1/2 packet baking powder
Prepare a batter from the ingredients. Then pour the batter into a well-greased baking pan. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Sour cream
• Boil 150 gr vanilla pudding in 250 ml milk.
• add 100 gr sugar
Fold in 500 gr Rhöner Bauernschmand mixed with 2 eggs, let the mixture cool down and spread it on the cooled cake base. Place 350 g drained pickled cherries and the crumble on top of the sour cream mixture.
Place in the oven at 180 degrees on a fan oven setting on the middle shelf for another 20 minutes.
I recommend freshly whipped Cognac whipped cream with this!

Baking time: 2x 20 minutes
